If you regularly read the Something New newsletter you know that we are big fans of snacks that don’t have a lot of calories and are, at least somewhat, good for you since there are so many really bad options out there. Take a look at the nutrition labels on a lot of the snacks you grab at the convenience store or in the checkout lane at the supermarket and you might be shocked. The fat content, calories, sugar and sodium content will really make you think twice – or three times!
